International Delivery

Delivery Time

Our standard lead time is 1–2 business days. We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible — if you order an in-stock item before 3pm on a business day, we will usually dispatch it the same day. Please note that larger fireplaces shipped on pallets may not always be eligible for same-day dispatch.

Non-Stock Products

Many of our branded fireplaces are made to order and come in a wide range of configurations, meaning we don't hold them in stock. The delivery time for these products is typically 10–14 business days. The expected delivery time will be displayed on the individual products.

Tracking

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, tracking information will automatically be sent to your email address so you can follow your delivery right to your door. If you haven't received any tracking information, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
